Retrofit works
Creating energy efficient homes
Your home was chosen to be part of an energy efficiency improvement project to help make homes warmer and easier to heat.
We were granted government funding as part of the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund to install improvement measures – also known as retrofit works – to reduce carbon emissions and help keep energy bills down.
As part of this project your home may have received some of the following works:
- Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI)
- Solar PV (Solar panels)
- Ventilation
- External Wall Insulation (EWI)
- Internal Wall Insulation (IWI)
- Under Floor Insulation
- Windows
- Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP)
