United Infrastructure will be carrying out improvement work to your home and block. Your home was chosen as part of the improvement works to your property with Lewisham Council.
The approved works may include:
- New kitchen replacement
- New bathroom replacement
- Other agreed improvement works
These improvements are being carried out as part of Lewisham Council’s programme to improve the quality, safety, and comfort of residents’ homes. United Infrastructure will contact you to discuss the details of the works, and answer any questions you may have before work begins.

Julia, Senior Resident Liaison Officer
Your Senior Resident Liaison Officer will oversee resident communication, support the liaison team, and help resolve any concerns that cannot be dealt with directly by the RLO. They will ensure you are kept informed and disruption is kept to a minimum.
