Improvement works in your home

United Infrastructure will be carrying out improvement works to your home and building on behalf of Lewisham Council.

Before any work begins, we will complete a range of surveys to understand the specific requirements for each property. This allows us to ensure that the works are tailored to your home, and we will keep you informed about what this means for you. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to delivering a high-quality service, working closely with Lewisham Council and residents to ensure your needs are prioritised throughout the project.

Please explore this website to find out more about the improvement works and how they will benefit your home.

How we work with you

What we do

United Infrastructure specialises in the refurbishment of social housing with over 40 years’ experience of managing and delivering works to properties with residents in occupation. Having pioneered the Resident Liaison Officer role, resident liaison is a fundamental part of our business and is critical to the successful delivery of any social housing project.

Working in diverse demographic communities, resident liaison officers work directly with the project teams to create a tailored service solution to meet the needs of individual households.

Our resident liaison teams are key to ensuring resident involvement & quality of service delivery over time, to engage & support residents before, during, and after works, maintaining a customer focus at all times.

Considerate Constructors Scheme

Considerate Constructors – championing change in construction

We fight for best practice in worker wellbeing, community relations and environmental impact.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is the national initiative set up by the construction industry to improve its image.

Construction sites, companies and suppliers that register with the scheme are monitored against a Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.

The Scheme is concerned about any area of construction activity that may have a direct or indirect impact on the image of the industry as a whole. The main areas of concern fall into three categories: the general public, the workforce and the environment.
